AMD has announced the next generation FPGA "Spartan Ultrascale+" series. This is the 6th generation product in the Spartan series. Silicon samples and evaluation kits are scheduled to be available in the first half of 2025, tools are available in the fourth quarter of 2024, and documentation is already available.
